As an Event Parking Attendant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth traffic flow and providing excellent customer service to event attendees. We are seeking reliable individuals with strong communication skills and the ability to handle high-pressure situations.
Responsibilities :
- Efficiently direct and guide vehicles to designated parking areas, ensuring a smooth flow of traffic.
- Collect parking fees and issue appropriate tickets or receipts to event attendees.
- Provide friendly and helpful customer service by assisting attendees with parking-related inquiries and directing them to available parking spaces.
- Monitor parking areas to enforce parking regulations and prevent unauthorized parking or misuse of parking spaces.
- Communicate and collaborate with event staff and security personnel to maintain a safe and organized parking environment.
- Assist with managing traffic congestion during peak periods and coordinate with local law enforcement, if necessary.
- Maintain accurate records of parking transactions and complete required paperwork or reports as needed.
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and guidelines to uphold a high standard of professionalism and customer service.
