Job Overview: As a Venue Manager, you will oversee all aspects of operations, ensuring customer satisfaction across all accounts. You will implement strategies to enhance execution and add value cost-effectively, maintain accurate records for internal and external reporting, and manage contract execution, including cost estimation, labor supervision, scheduling, invoicing, and collections.
Requirements: To be successful in this role, you must have a Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience. A minimum of three years in operations, service, field, or project management is required. Preferred experience in event staffing, security, sports management, or athletics. Ability to pass a background check and work in confined spaces and various outdoor weather conditions.
