Best Cycle Center is looking for a parts and service counter assistant. You will work at the parts and service counter with responsibilities of both parts and service.

DUTIES
- Maintain customer satisfaction index rating
- Greet customers in a timely friendly manner
- schedule appointments using dealership-approved form
- Obtain customer and vehicle data
- If additional work is need, explain the details to the customer, including the additional cost and time considerations
- Provide estimates for labor and parts
- Establish "time promised" check with person responsible for work distribution if necessary
- Handle telephone inquiries regarding parts and work in process, appointments
- Be responsible for quality control to ensure that work is completed as requested and to reduce comebacks.
- Pull purchased parts from stock
- set up orders for daily shipment and or pick up
- Participate in all training programs that are available
QUALIFICATIONS
- High school diploma or the equivalent. Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information.
- Dealership experience preferred but will train the right candidate
- General knowledge of vehicle mechanical operations. .
- Professional personal appearance. Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Be organized
- Willingness to work in a team atmosphere!
