• Confirm bookings and provide detailed reservation information, including itineraries and payment confirmations
  
  

Destination Expertise:

• Stay updated on popular travel destinations, hotel amenities, and ongoing promotions or deals
• Offer insights and suggestions to help clients make informed decisions
  
  

Administrative Support:

• Maintain accurate records of bookings, payments, and client communications using our systems
• Process payments and ensure timely delivery of reservation confirmations
• Handle changes, cancellations, or adjustments to existing reservations when necessary
