Responsibilities:
Client Coordination:
- Communicate with clients via phone, email, and chat to understand their scheduling needs
- Assist with travel planning and scheduling, including flights, accommodations, transportation, and activities
- Confirm client schedules and ensure all bookings align with their preferences and budget
- Create, coordinate, and maintain detailed itineraries for clients
- Update schedules promptly to accommodate changes or special requests
- Ensure all bookings are confirmed and shared with clients in a timely and accurate manner
- Maintain accurate records of schedules, bookings, and client interactions in our system
- Monitor deadlines, payment schedules, and booking confirmations to ensure smooth execution
- Assist in resolving scheduling conflicts or challenges efficiently and professionally
