Responsibilities:

Client Support:

• Provide recommendations on hotels and resorts that align with their needs, budget, and travel plans
• Address client inquiries, concerns, and requests promptly and professionally
  
  

Booking and Coordination:

• Assist clients in booking hotel accommodations, including checking availability and securing reservations
• Ensure all bookings align with client preferences, special requests, and budgetary considerations
• Confirm and provide detailed reservation details to clients, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
  
  

Destination Knowledge:

• Stay updated on popular destinations, hotel amenities, and current promotions
• Offer insights and suggestions to help clients make informed decisions
  
  

Administrative Tasks:

• Maintain accurate records of client bookings, payments, and interactions using provided systems
• Process payments and ensure timely communication with clients regarding their reservations
• Handle any booking modifications or cancellations as needed
