Responsibilities:
Client Assistance:
- Communicate with clients via phone, email, and chat to understand their hotel and accommodation preferences.
- Provide tailored recommendations for hotels and resorts that match client needs, budgets, and travel plans.
- Address client inquiries, concerns, and special requests promptly and professionally.
Booking and Reservations:
- Assist clients with securing hotel reservations by checking availability and processing bookings.
- Ensure all reservations are accurate, aligned with client requirements, and meet budgetary considerations.
- Confirm bookings and send detailed reservation information to clients, including itineraries and payment confirmations.
Destination Knowledge:
- Stay informed about popular destinations, hotel amenities, and current promotions.
- Provide valuable insights and suggestions to help clients make informed decisions about their accommodations.
Administrative Support:
- Maintain accurate records of reservations, payments, and client interactions using company systems.
- Process payments and ensure timely communication of booking confirmations.
