Responsibilities:
Client Assistance:
- Communicate with clients via phone, email, and chat to understand their hotel and travel needs.
- Provide personalized recommendations for hotels and resorts that match their preferences, budget, and schedule.
- Address client inquiries, concerns, and special requests in a professional and timely manner.
Booking and Reservations:
- Assist clients with securing hotel reservations, checking availability, and finalizing bookings.
- Ensure all reservations are accurate and aligned with client requirements and budget considerations.
- Confirm bookings and send detailed reservation information, including itineraries and payment confirmations.
Destination Knowledge:
- Stay updated on popular travel destinations, hotel amenities, and current promotions.
- Share insights and suggestions to help clients make informed decisions about their accommodations.
Administrative Support:
- Maintain accurate records of client bookings, payments, and interactions using company systems.
- Process payments and ensure timely communication of booking confirmations.
