Responsibilities:
Client Coordination:
- Communicate with clients via phone, email, and chat to understand their scheduling and travel needs.
- Assist with scheduling and planning, including flights, accommodations, transportation, and activities.
- Confirm schedules and ensure all bookings meet client preferences and budget requirements.
Schedule Management:
- Create, organize, and maintain detailed itineraries for clients.
- Update schedules promptly to accommodate changes or special requests.
- Ensure all bookings are accurately confirmed and communicated to clients.
Administrative Support:
- Keep accurate records of schedules, bookings, and client communications using our systems.
- Monitor payment schedules, deadlines, and booking confirmations to ensure seamless service.
- Help resolve scheduling conflicts or challenges professionally and efficiently.

Requirements:
