OVERVIEW
We are searching for a furniture sales representative. We are open from 10 am - 8 pm Monday - Saturday and closed on Sundays. We are flexible with the hours and days you can work. This is a great job for someone going to school during the day and you want to work evenings.
Starting at $15 an hour plus commission on all sales!
SPANISH SPEAKING IS A HUGE PLUS!
We do offer products at our cost to all employees.
RESPONSIBILITIES
As a sales representative, you are the face of our company. Your main job will be to interact with the customers. This includes the ones that walk into the store as well as customers on the phone. Your job will be to help serve as their guide as they shop for new furniture. You will help give them prices, ETAs, model numbers, schedule deliveries, ETC. We want our representatives to be available and helpful, BUT NOT PUSHY OR OVERBEARING.
Sales reps will be expected to quickly learn as much as they can about the different types of furniture, different manufacturers, model numbers, styles, materials, etc. so as to best help our customers.
You will be expected to help with any customer issues including refunds, exchanges, damages, or warranty issues. Representatives must be patient and friendly with all customers.
Sales reps will also be expected to help with pickups at the store. This includes mattresses, sofas, tables, etc. Because of this, reps need to be able to lift 75 Pounds.
Sales reps will be expected to show up on time, ready to work.
