Job Requirements

· Must be able to accurately build Excel workbooks and create basic formulas to analyze administrative, operational, and marketing data.
· Must be proficient in using Microsoft Office programs, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and Power Point.
· Must be able to effectively navigate and monitor social media platforms utilized by the company, including Facebook and Instagram.
· Must be able to create, edit, and save marketing content, including photos, videos, digital advertisements, and written copy for print advertisements, blog posts, and articles.
Compensation and Benefits
· Competitive hourly pay, up to $20.00 (actual compensation is commensurate with experience).

Job Responsibilities
· Answering and returning customer phone calls.
· Interacting with Best Door & Window customers in a professional and courteous manner, while maintaining the integrity of Best Door & Window’s reputation.
· Organizing and scheduling sales appointments for sales staff.
· Creating and maintaining electronic and paper files.
· Entering and managing data, including in Quickbooks (the company’s invoicing and receivables software).
· Using Microsoft Office software to send e-mails, create and edit Excel and Word files, and update inventory tracking spreadsheets.
· Entering data into and managing the company’s project scheduling software and the company’s CRM platform.
· Scheduling and helping to coordinate garage door service work, including the associated paperwork.
· Assist in managing and facilitating Best Door & Window’s content marketing efforts online, through social media, and other channels.
· Assist in creating and managing content for marketing efforts, including content creation schedules and publication coordination with Best Door & Window’s third-party digital consultant.
· Assist in obtaining customer reviews, job photos and videos, and promotions.
· Key Performance Indicators/Metrics
o Recording the source for 100% of incoming calls in the company’s tracking spreadsheet.
o Maintaining notes and information in the company’s call log for 100% of the incoming and outgoing calls.
o Obtaining all key contact information for every customer in an accurate manner.
o Assist and support the achievement of all of the company’s digital marketing content creation goals.
