What are the responsibilities and job description for the Skin-Panel Technician position at BEST Employment SoluTions, LLC?

Work as part of a team having responsibility for safely completing the preparation of cold drink vending machines or coolers for production.
The overall responsibilities include but are not limited to: • Complete visual inspection to determine course of action or repair. • Remove panels and skins as needed. • Install new panels or skins as needed. • Inspect equipment once work is completed to ensure proper fit. • Assist with on-the-job training and continuous improvement. • Maintain work area and equipment in a clear, safe and orderly condition. • Follow prescribed safety measures and procedures. • Assist team in achieving facility and department goals.

REQUIREMENTS/SKILLS DESIRED |
| • Strong hand-eye coordination • Ability to use hand and power tools • Ability to read, speak and write English and follow both written and verbal instructions • Attention to detail • Ability to operate manual hand pallet jack • Follow direction of team leadership • Ability to use good judgement and problem solving skills • Must adhere to regular and predictable attendance

WORKING CONDITIONS |
| • Primary functions require sufficient physical ability and mobility to walk, stand, and sit for prolonged periods of time; to frequently stoop, bend, kneel, crouch, crawl, climb, twist, reach, grasp, and make repetitive hand movements in the performance of daily duties. Must be able to lift, carry, push, and/or pull moderate to heavy amounts of weight; to operate assigned equipment and to verbally communicate to exchange information.
