Constructed in 2010, our spacious new facility in Bristol, RI offers clear and colored anodizing, hard coat anodizing, conversion coating, precision cleaning, engineered coatings including PTFE, plastic bead blasting, sandblasting, pad printing, labeling, packaging, and light assembly. Our state-of-the-art facility and equipment enable us to meet the most diversified applications with ease and in the volumes necessary for any medical device OEM.

In a job-shop environment, our clients require us to deliver quality parts on time from all of our metal finishing operations. We are looking for a Team Lead to add to our growing team.
*Shift: Monday-Friday 5 a.m. - 1:30 p.m.
*Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
*Bilingual preferred but not required
Responsibilities:
- Set up, operate, and tend production line
- Assist in determining sizes and compositions of objects to be anodized, and amounts of electrical current and time required
- Assist with the training and cross-training of others
- Remove objects from solutions at periodic intervals and observe objects to verify conformance to specifications
- Examine completed objects to determine the thicknesses of metal deposits, or measure thicknesses by using instruments such as micrometers and eddy current testers.
- Maintain production records and logs.
- Observe gauges to ensure that machines are operating properly; make adjustments or stop machines when problems occur.
- Perform equipment maintenance such as cleaning tanks, and daily and monthly housekeeping.
- Test machinery to ensure that it is operating properly.
- All other duties, as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

- Ability to read and write the English language as our routers are in English
- ·Follow work rules and standard safety regulations at all times
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide into all units of measure, using the whole number
