Responsibilities:
- Continuous Learning: Actively participate in training sessions and workshops to expand knowledge of loan products, lending policies, and industry regulations
- Client Education: Educate clients about various loan options, interest rates, and repayment terms to help them make informed decisions
- Warm Transfer Generation: Identify potential clients who may benefit from specific loan products and generate warm transfers to senior loan officers for further consultation
- Feedback and Improvement: Provide feedback to senior loan officers and management about client interactions and suggest improvements to the warm transfer process to enhance customer experience.
