The Bfitt60 Coach plays a critical role in the overall success of the studio. Primary responsibilities include leading scheduled group session, opening / closing studio and supporting the overall operations of the studio. The Bfitt60 coach also plays an intricate part in the shaping of the Bfitt60 community by building client relationships and supporting them in achieving their individual fitness goals.

Responsibilities include
Demonstrate and instruct proper exercise technique.
Provide safe, clear and concise instruction before and during exercise activity
Provide nutrition and fitness tips to the client to enhance workout program
Motivate clients to achieve set fitness goals
Meet and greet clients by name whenever possible
Ensure proper attendance and registration of clients
Start and end classes on time
Maintenance of professional competence through study, application, and enhancement of health and fitness knowledge and skills
Take a proactive approach to member retention by developing solid client relationships and serving each member above and beyond expectations
Achieve customer satisfaction standards by maximizing the member's experience
Provide and maintain the highest level of customer service through personal actions
Maintain equipment and ensure studio is neat and clean at all times.
Any and all other assigned tasks for FTC job
Requirements
Education and Training
High School Diploma, College Degree Preferred
One of the following Nationally Accredited Personal Training Certifications is required :
NSCA-CSCS, NSCA-CPT, ACE, NASM, ACSM, AFPA, NFPT, AAFA OR PTA Global
Current CPR / AED certification or commitment to obtain within 3 months of hire
Proficiency with TRX Suspension Training
Proficiency with Kettlebell Training
