Position Summary : The General Counsel serves as the chief legal advisor for the family office, ensuring legal compliance across all aspects of its activities, mitigating legal risks, and supporting business and family objectives. The role requires a strong understanding of the organization's business model and the ability to manage complex legal issues that arise in a fast-paced environment. The General Counsel, while being the family office attorney, will advise on business and family matters as well as provide support for the family's business, church, and charitable interests. The work will include close relationships with the members of the Wilks family.
