Role Responsibilities
The Senior Multi-craft Maintenance Tech is responsible for:
- Conducting all work in accordance with the CARBO Mission Statement and Core Values.
- Exhibiting an in-depth knowledge of and performance capabilities in multi-craft job responsibilities plus in areas such as electrical & instrumentation, millwright, welding & fabrication, machining, rotary equipment maintenance, etc., to ensure production and quality goals are met.
- Assisting in training maintenance technicians in all aspects and responsibilities of the job requirement.
- Performing routine and non-routine repairs, installation, and service on both electrical and mechanical equipment.
- Willings to learn all aspects of plant operation, fill in wherever needed to optimize plant efficiency.
- Providing training to shift and day shift maintenance technicians.
Requirements
To be considered for this role, you must have:
- 10 years of industrial maintenance or related field experience.
- In-depth knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems, including instrumentation, millwright, welding, and fabrication.
- Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and schematics.
- Proficiency in welding, fabrication, and piping.
- Sound capability in millwright-type work, including installation of new equipment and modification of existing equipment.
- Good oral and written communication skills combined with the ability to operate mobile equipment and perform heavy lifting.
