Position Summary :
We're searching for a Collections and Customer Service Lead-a solution-oriented professional who understands the balance between maintaining financial health and nurturing customer relationships. In this role, you will not only lead our collections efforts but also respond to customer inquiries, always providing excellent customer service.
Key Roles / Responsibilities :
- Lead collections activity, use negotiation skills to encourage timely payments and simultaneously preserve our valued customer relationships.
- Communicate openly with the customer to reach alternatives to bad debt through understanding their situation, developing mutual and realistic plans to remedy the account issues.
- Be the friendly voice that addresses customer inquiries, providing supportive solutions and advice, emphasizing our commitment to their success.
- Participate in the title / UCC process as needed, assuring accurate and legal transfer and registration of the assets securing the transaction.
- Participate in asset management, contributing to the valuation, acquisition, and disposal of industrial assets.
- Collaborate with team members to improve processes and streamline workflows.
- Keep precise records of interactions with customers and collection efforts.
- Regularly report on collections status and customer service metrics.
- Stay up to date with relevant laws and regulations.
