  • Understanding of vehicle systems is a plus
  • Understanding of computer systems
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Ability to read and comprehend instructions
  • Ability to exercise good judgement
  • Team player with impeccable honesty and integrity

Primary Responsibilities :

  • Assist Service Advisors in scheduling appointments
  • Review invoiced repair details with customers so they have a complete understanding of the services provided
  • Address customers' questions / needs promptly and professionally
  • Greet customers as they arrive in the service drive
  • Obtain prior approval from Fleet & extended contract companies
  • Oversee rental program and obtain approvals from Ford Motor Company when needed
  • Schedule appointments for Special Ordered Parts
  • Contact and schedule appointments for recalls
  • Know at all times what vehicles are on location
