As a Data Entry Clerk, with our Customer Operations teamyour responsibilities will include maintaining our database by entering new and updated customer information. This is a crucial part of the team ensuring data is accurate, organized, and accessible. This position requires a high level of detail orientation, efficiency, and a sense of urgency in a fast-paced environment.

- Inputting customer and account data from source documents within time limits including new customer account data, master items, orders, sample requests, etc.
- Compiling, verifying accuracy, and sorting information to prepare source data for computer entry.
- Reviewing data for deficiencies or errors, correcting any incompatibilities, and verifying output.
- Responding to queries for information and relevant files associated.
- Maintain customer confidence and protect operations by keeping information confidential.
- Collaborate with customer operations department to achieve shared goals.

This position is currently classified as on-site.
Base Salary Range : $21.00 - $24.00 per hour, based on candidate professional experience level. Employees are eligible to participate in Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, 401(k), Holidays, Vacation, Tuition Reimbursement Program.
The final salary offered for this position may take into account a number of factors including, but not limited to, location, skills, education, and experience.
