As the Head of Supply Chain, they will lead and optimize our end-to-end supply chain operations. This role will oversee planning, logistics, procurement, inventory management, and warehousing to ensure operational efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and seamless delivery of products. The ideal candidate will bring strategic vision, leadership, and strong analytical skills to drive continuous improvement and innovation in the supply chain.

• Lead and oversee all supply chain functions, including planning, logistics, procurement, inventory control, and warehousing.
• Develop and execute strategies to streamline supply chain operations and optimize costs.
•  Ensure on-time delivery and superior customer service by collaborating with cross-functional teams (Sales, Manufacturing, R&D, Finance, and Quality).
• Oversee long-term production planning and short-term material scheduling to align with business goals.
• Implement ERP systems and leverage data analytics to improve forecasting and demand planning.
• Develop partnerships with key suppliers and vendors to optimize costs and improve service levels.
• Identify opportunities for process automation and efficiency improvements.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and safety standards.
• Drive a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and operational excellence within the supply chain function.

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements/Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Operations, or a related field (MBA preferred).
• 10 years of experience in supply chain management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of ERP/MRP systems and supply chain analytics tools.
• Proven expertise in demand planning, logistics, procurement, and warehouse management.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive operational efficiency.
• Excellent negotiation skills and experience managing vendor relationships.
• Strong financial acumen with the ability to analyze data and implement cost-saving initiatives.
• APICS, CSCP, or Six Sigma certification is a plus.

This position is currently classified as on-site.

Base Salary Range: $198,000 - $258,000 per year, based on candidate professional experience level. Employees are eligible to participate in Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, 401(k), Holidays, Vacation, Tuition Reimbursement Program.

The final salary offered for this position may take into account a number of factors including, but not limited to, location, skills, education, and experience.
