Minimum Requirements / Qualifications :
- Bachelor Degree in Chemical Engineering, pharmaceutical engineering, food engineering or related field from an accredited college / university; plus
- Five (5) or more years of work experience in the Capsules and Tablet industry
- Previous experience of managing the team

Employees are eligible to participate in Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, 401(k), Holidays, Vacation, Tuition Reimbursement Program. The final salary offered for this position may take into account a number of factors including, but not limited to, location, skills, education, and experience. As an integral part of continuous improvement efforts, provides leadership, guidance and training to improve efficiencies in operations. This role will manage Jr engineer / s and technicians. Explores relevant enabling technologies, with a focus on driving cost savings. Provides functional technical support to R&D, Quality and other functional areas.
