Meeting planning and scheduling with clients, executives, and team members is a top priority. Keep calendar schedules up-to-date and accurate, and deal with problems before they arise.
Call, email, or text everyone who has to be contacted in order to confirm or remind them of their appointment. Handle changes or cancellations with expertise. Bring customers to their appointments and answer their queries. Handle special scheduling requests while taking time zone differences into consideration, if required.
Make sure to meticulously record all appointments along with any accompanying notes. Make sure that the transition from one activity to another goes smoothly by working together as a team.
