Responsibilities

• Meet with clients and carry out an individual needs-based review of their plan and help them evaluate their needs against the services and coverage they are eligible to receive.
• Explain features and merits of the Life insurance products offered; recommend amount and type of coverage based on analysis of client’s circumstances.
• Provide professional advice regarding available products and services.
• Document and process requests for new products and services, including, but not limited to, calculating and quoting premium rates, completing applications, and determining payment methodology.
• Provide immediate follow-up on referrals with existing clients to ensure member/client satisfaction with program and insurance products
• Adhere to all security procedures and maintain strict confidentiality of all client information.
• Complete training and self-study to achieve and maintain required knowledge of agency products, services, and overall operations.
• Complete required online regulatory and compliance training.
• Perform other related duties as assigned or requested.
