Warranty/Customer Support Specialist
La-Z-Boy Healthcare | Knú Comfort is looking for a qualified candidate to assist in the day-to-day Customer success within our organization through providing exceptional support and helpful product service solutions. Responsibilities
- Possess a strong focus and a sincere desire to assist customers.
- Assess customer-related problems or issues to develop and implement appropriate resolution within warranty guidelines.
- Become knowledgeable of product and parts.
- Assist with customer warranty claim log.
- Enter part orders into production system for fulfilment.
- Respond timely and professionally to customer calls and emails.
- Other duties as assigned.
Skills and Requirements
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong sense of time management.
- Ability to prioritize.
- Ability to multi-task and manage various customer cases at a time
- Ability to interact with customers and team members in professional way
- Strong computer skills, especially in Microsoft Office
- AS400 experience a plus, but not required
