Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented House Cleaner to collaborate with our team. The ideal candidate will be someone with a few years of residential cleaning experience who is punctual, professional and skilled at cleaning. Our business is growing and we are looking for people with whom we can share cleaning jobs.
Duties
- Perform residential cleaning tasks including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
- Execute custodial duties in commercial settings, ensuring all areas are clean and well-maintained.
- Conduct carpet cleaning and floor care to maintain the appearance and hygiene of various surfaces.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client needs and preferences during cleaning sessions.
- Ensure all cleaning supplies and equipment are used safely and stored properly after each use.
- Follow established cleaning protocols to ensure thorough sanitation of all areas cleaned.
- Assist with additional tasks as needed, such as cooking or light maintenance duties, based on client requirements.
Skills
- Proven experience in residential cleaning, custodial work, or commercial cleaning environments is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to clean thoroughly and efficiently.
- Excellent customer service skills to interact positively with clients and address their needs.
- Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques for various surfaces including carpets, floors, and furniture.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively while completing multiple tasks.
- A willingness to learn new skills related to cleaning methods and equipment usage.
Job Types: Contract, Temporary
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
