Key Responsibilities

Develop schedules for the culinary team, ensuring adequate coverage for all events and kitchen operations.
Manage food ordering and inventory, maintaining cost efficiency and minimizing waste.
Oversee kitchen organization, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
Team Leadership :
Hire, train, and mentor kitchen staff to uphold company standards.
Foster a collaborative and positive work environment.
Evaluate team performance and provide feedback to encourage growth and excellence.
Event Collaboration :
Work closely with event manager and front-of-house staff to ensure seamless execution of events.
