Base Salary : $90,000 to $120,000 Best-in-class benefits
Summary :
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Develops forecasts and implements strategic plans to accommodate corporate goals.
- Directs operation activities and sets department as well as individual performance goals accordingly.
- Reviews market conditions to determine customer needs, installation schedules, and pricing.
- Provide monthly, quarterly, and annual forecast for revenue and margin dollars per company standards
- Directs staffing, training, and performance evaluations to develop and control uniformity.
- Assigns territorial or specific clients responsibilities to technical or sales representatives.
- Provide sales pipeline analysis for manpower planning and scheduling
- Analyze sales statistics to formulate policy and assist in forecasting sales.
- Make sales presentations to key clients in maintaining relationships or negotiating and closing deals.
- Preparation and presentation of AAM technical information to consulting engineers for addition to specifications and acceptance as a bid participant.
- Assists construction department in technical solutions and project close-out publications.
- Prepares periodic sales report showing sales volume, potential sales, and areas of proposed client base expansion.
- Monitors and evaluates the activities and products of the competition.
- Negotiate third party vendor pricing to reduce costs and increase company profits
- Maintain cost center within planned budget.
Supervisory Responsibilities :
