We are looking for an energetic self-starter for a Patient Care Coordinator role to work in a physical-therapist-owned outpatient ortho / sports medicine clinic. Our approach to patient care stands apart from other clinics.
The position would be Full-time at our Norfolk Location.

Responsibilities :
- Front office duties such as check-in / check-out patients for appointments; scheduling appointments; collecting payments; answering a multi-line phone; managing day-to-day front office duties; collect and processing insurance information.
- Exhibits exceptional customer service behavior and excellent public relations skills in all aspects of work.
