Driver/Community Liaison

Minimum Requirements

• Must reside in Minnesota to travel and meet with co-workers/clients as needed in the community along with some in-person job training (willingness to travel 75% of the time with mileage reimbursement).
• Willing to follow all public COVID-19 guidelines while visiting facilities and/or in the community with clients.

Essential Job Duties

• Responsible for all material deliveries and may assist field personnel on jobsites
• Ensure deliveries are on time and have the correct materials ordered
• Assist with inventory tasks as needed
• Other duties as assigned by management
• Traveling across all of Minnesota

Role

• Serve as a liaison between our case managers and our clients/community

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license with clean driving and criminal record
• Able to communicate professionally, clearly, and concisely
• Ability to lift 50 pounds
• Demonstrates a strong ability to multi-task and problem solve with a sense of urgency
• Must be highly detailed and demonstrate the ability to follow through
• Highly motivated, flexible, and great attitude on life
• Outgoing personality that blends well with a fast-paced, goal-driven environment
• Must be punctual and reliable
• At least two years of relevant experience (delivery driver, Uber, etc.)
• Willing to travel with 2-3 hours notice to meet our needs

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $23.50 - $26.00 per hour
