Best Line Equipment is searching for CDL-A Drivers to join the team at our location in Warminster, PA.
If you have a clean and valid CDL-A License and the ability to operate heavy equipment, we want to hear from you!
Job Overview:
- Transport equipment throughout the company and to customers.
- Follow appropriate safety procedures for transporting equipment.
- Load and unload equipment onto the vehicle (may involve climbing ladders, walking on top of a vehicle and moving equipment).
- Reconcile truck shipping and loading documents including DOT documents (i.e. Logbook and Pre-trip Inspections Sheets).
- Interact with external customers ensuring execution of contracts and advising in proper equipment operation.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- A clean valid CDL-A driver's license.
- Ability to pass DOT physical exam.
- Knowledge of equipment weights and dimensions as well as capabilities of our vehicles and equipment.
- A minimum of one to three years driving experience.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Ability to sit for 30 minutes to 2 hours while driving, ability to stand for 30 minutes to 1 hour while loading/unloading vehicle and the ability to walk to and from the vehicle (50 to 300 feet at one time).
Pay Range: $29.00 - $33.00 / hour
