- Boot and tool Reimbursement
- Powersports Mechanic Overview
- Install accessories for new sales and counter customers.
- Prep new machines for inventory and presold units.
- Remove and replace engine components as necessary on powersports vehicles.
- Perform preventative and regular maintenance, according to manufacturer specifications.
- Compose repair estimates for internal and external customers.
- Inspect vehicles and identify additional recommended services.
- Prepare lists of required parts and labor times for each job.
- Safely and effectively operate all shop equipment and tools.
- Explain diagnostic test results to Service Advisor, Managers, and customers
- Perform test rides on ORV, Slingshots, and Motorcycles.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- 2 years powersports or motorcycle mechanic experience preferred
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Strong computer skills with diagnostic and data entry knowledge
- Valid Class M Driver's License (or ability to obtain)
- Willingness to complete ongoing OEM training both on-line and in person.
- Must have your own tools.
