Service Advisor

Best Line Equipment is currently seeking a Service Advisor at our West Chester, PA location. As a Service Advisor, you are responsible for assisting in the internal operations of the Service Department, promoting efficiency and productivity, reporting directly to the Service Manager.

Job Overview:

• Assist the Service Manager in day-to-day operations of Service Department.
• Track repairs and their causes, schedule technicians, and process warranties.
• Log customer's requests for repairs and allocate what parts are needed and the time required to make the repair.
• Schedule equipment maintenance as well as assign work to technicians and dispatch road technicians.
• Convey information to both the customer and the service manager in a timely fashion.
• File details of inquiries and needed parts, pricing, and labor estimates then compile the estimated price for the repairs and the final bill.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• A strong understanding of equipment technology and the equipment industry.
• Proficiency with industry-specific software.
• Excellent customer service, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Strong organizational, decision making, and problem-solving skills.
• The ability to communicate with technicians, customers, and management.
• Valid Driver's License

Wage Range: $25.00 - $28.00 / hour
