Shop Mechanic

We are currently seeking a mechanic at our Mechanicsburg, PA location. Our shop mechanics play a vital role in the dealer/customer relationship, ranging from equipment prep/set-up to advanced diagnostic and repair. Ongoing training is provided for all technicians through our mentorship program as well as OEM online and factory training. Job Overview: Troubleshoot, repair, service, inspect, and maintain a variety of construction, landscape, heavy, aerial, industrial, agricultural, and fleet equipment. Full-time position with excellent benefits and competitive compensation. 40-50 hours per week and 1 Saturday a month. Best Line has on-line and factory training benefits as well. Requirements: Must possess strong communication skills, interpersonal skills, computer skills, and strong electrical and mechanical abilities. Beneficial experience would include welding/fabrication, DC electrical, hydraulic, combustion, and associated skill sets. Ability to work with computers, schematics, repair manuals and warranty claims is an advantage. A high school diploma or equivalent industry experience will qualify.
