We are seeking a skilled Sanitation Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our sanitation team, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and sanitary environment within our production facilities. This includes performing basic wash area duties, disassembling and cleaning equipment, and adhering to strict food safety protocols.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform basic wash area duties, including running a pan washer and cleaning utensils by hand when needed
- Disassemble and clean equipment, following top-down washing sequences for proper food safety
- Recognize and address equipment requiring deep cleaning
- Use chemicals effectively and safely to perform cleaning tasks
- Report employee safety, food safety, and quality concerns to appropriate personnel
