Job description
We are seeking a Real Estate Broker Assistant to assist in managing a small portfolio of rental properties. This position will be part-time with flexible hours from 20-30 hrs per week, Mon-Fri, between the hours of 9am-5:30pm. you will be working from the business owner's home office. We will require a background check.
Responsibilities to include, but not limited to:
- Rent tracking
- Accounting- Payables, Receivables, Balancing
- Marketing vacant properties
- Handling maintenance calls and processing work orders
- Property Inspections
- Reconciling tenant disputes
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience in real estate, property management, or other related fields
- Familiarity with real estate contracts and leases
- Financial background with experience in QuickBooks
- Organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $15.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 30 per week
