We're looking for a Weekend Fleet Service Team Leader who places an emphasis on creating results for teammates, customers, and the company.
As a Weekend Fleet Service Team Leader, you will lead a small team of Weekend Technicians working a weekend shift consisting of three 12-hour days, every Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.

What you will be doing as a Weekend Fleet Service Team Leader
- Communicate and coordinate with Weekend Team members and Team Leader via phone, text, and email.
- Work with Management, Sales Team, and customers to schedule weekend customer fleet inspections based on weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, and quarterly rotations.
- Perform fleet inspections following customer specifications and guidelines.
- Know and understand individual customer fleet programs, tire specifications, tire storage arrangements, and key contacts.
- Evaluate tire and wheel conditions to determine if repair or replacement is needed.
- Prepare Fleet Worksheets and distribute to Weekend Team members via email.
- Assign work to Weekend Team members based on workload and productivity expectations.
- Pull and deliver tires to help Team members stay productive.
- Verify that work is being completed and redistribute tasks as needed to meet daily goals.
- Track and document completed work for productivity analysis.
- Submit all necessary paperwork, notes, labels, etc., to Store Managers for accurate billing.
- Maintain Company Vehicles to D.O.T. standard.
What boxes you have to check:
- Must be able to work and manage time independently, without direct supervision, to meet productivity expectations.
- Must perform duties and responsibilities in a safe manner.
- Must have a valid driver’s license; driving record must meet company’s insurance requirements.
- Position requires continuous standing, bending, lifting and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
- The ability to work in a fast-paced customer service-oriented environment.
- Team- Player: Works well as a member of a group.
- Detail Oriented: Capable of carrying out a given task with all details necessary to get the task done well.
- Must pass DOT medical certificate if applicable.
