Reports to: Office Manager

Job Duties:

· Post customer payments and accurately apply to customer accounts

· Oversee distribution of monthly A/R statements

· Maintain accounts receivable files and records

· Assist with credit card processing management

· Set up new customer accounts

· Handle daily banking deposits

· Handle customer credit limit authorizations

· Research and provide proof of deliveries

· Communicate with past due customers to collect payments

· Communicate with collection agencies

· Investigate and resolve discrepancies

· Oversee nightly cash drawer closings

· Assist with answering phones and greeting customers

· Special Projects as Assigned

Job Requirements:

· Positive attitude

· Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills

· Excellent attendance record

· Work with little or no direct supervision

· Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information

· Ability to multitask and prioritize workload

· Excellent customer service attitude and skill

· Maintain a clean, professional appearance

· Must be able to pass a background check

· Must be able to adapt to many different situations as they arise

· Work schedule is 8 am – 5 pm.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
