Assistant Store Manager Trainee Summary :

Assistant Store Manager Trainee will help us develop and implement our company's growth strategies. This position is designed for you to gain valuable experience in a leadership and managerial role with advancement potential in our retail stores.

In your traineeship, you'll learn how to identify and apply important strategies and business processes. During the program you will support our leadership and management team with daily operational tasks such as leading team members, managing a store, allocating budgets, but this list is not all-inclusive.

What You'll Do as Assistant Store Manager Trainee :

• Collaborate with managers to complete daily tasks
• Create Raving Fans with exceptional customer service
• Understand the daily processes of how to operate a retail store from open to close
• Provide administrative and operational support
• Develop the knowledge and skill set to become an effective leader
• Participate in company's strategic planning
• Help managers in evaluating performance (e.g. generating and analyzing reports, Larry's report card)
• Fill in for absent or unavailable personnel and on special tasks and projects related to optimizing our business
• Become proficient in managing to our P&L
• Other duties assigned
