**Job Description**
As a Commercial Tire Technician at Best-One Tire & Service, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safe operation of commercial vehicles. Your duties will include repairing and replacing commercial tires, performing fleet checks, and conducting minor service repairs on customer vehicles.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Repair and replace commercial tires, including removing, installing, rotating, balancing, and performing flat repairs
- Prepare retreads by discussing tread options with customers, preparing work orders, and loading treads into staging areas
- Operate all shop machinery and raise/lower vehicles safely using hydraulic or floor jacks
**Requirements and Qualifications**
- Valid driver's license and meeting company insurance requirements
- Lifting ability up to 50 pounds and standing for extended periods
- Ability to work in a fast-paced customer service-oriented environment and wear PPE
