Description:
The Inventory Setup and Procurement Specialist will be responsible for setting up new inventory items in POS software, maintaining accurate cost records, and ensuring stock levels align with organizational needs.
Duties Include:
· Set up and configure new inventory items in the POS software system.
· Maintain accurate replacement costs within the POS software system.
· Order inventory to ensure stock levels align with organizational needs.
· Generate and analyze reports as needed.
· Assist with inventory audits and reconciliations to ensure data accuracy.
· Performs other related duties as assigned.
Requirements:
· Associates degree or equivalent work experience required.
· Basic mathematical skills with the ability to convert units of measure.
· Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
· Ability to learn new inventory management software and systems.
· Ability to work independently with minimum supervision.
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
· Excellent time management skills with proven ability to meet deadlines.
· Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
· Ability to adapt to the needs of the organization and team members.

Physical Demands / Work Environment:
· Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
