We are a payee company in Delaware, Ohio. As a payee service we have been appointed by the Social Security Administration to receive benefits for clients who are unable to manage their money. Best Payments provides stability by helping individuals distribute their income to pay for rent, utilities, groceries, medical expense, and other basic needs. Due to rapid growth, we are looking to expand our team.
This position will primarily be responsible for answering phones, responding to emails, assisting walk-in clients, all while providing excellent customer service. These roles require solid office and phone experience. Call center or banking experience preferred.
Ideal candidates are self-driven individuals who achieve goals independently while working in a team environment. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills are critical. Must have High School Diploma, or equivalent, and professional work references. The office hours are Monday – Friday 9am – 4:30pm. This is NOT a remote, work from home position. We offer a competitive hourly wage ranging from $15 - $20, based on experience.
Must be able to pass a background check. In addition, you must have satisfactory credit history in order to be financially bonded.
