**Job Overview:**
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven District Manager to oversee our Market in Colorado. The District Manager will be responsible for leading and managing the operations of the Sales and Service side of the entire state currently, and as it grows.
**Responsibilities:**
- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve sales and revenue targets and expand customer base
- Supervise Sales and Service team, providing guidance and support to ensure operational excellence.
- Monitor and analyze Market performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions
- Conduct ride a longs in the field to ensure compliance with company standards and policies
- Manage profit loss statements, budgets, and expenses for each facet of the Market.
- Lead business development initiatives to drive growth and increase market share
- Utilize project management skills to execute Market-wide initiatives effectively
**Qualifications:**
- Bachelor's degree preffered.
- Proven experience in a district or regional management role, preferably in a Service Related Industry.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams to achieve goals
- Proficiency in sales strategies, strategic planning, and financial analysis
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities for effective stakeholder management
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to travel within the designated Market
