Job Summary
Operations Manager, Best Pick Disposal Best Pick Disposal provides a comprehensive waste management services including dumpster rentals for Residential, Commerical, and Construction clients. Best Pick Disposal also offers Portable toilet solutions for weekend events and construction sites. As an operations manager you’ll oversee waste collection, transportation, and disposal.
Operations Manager, Best Pick Disposal Best Pick Disposal provides a comprehensive waste management services including dumpster rentals for Residential, Commerical, and Construction clients. Best Pick Disposal also offers Portable toilet solutions for weekend events and construction sites. As an operations manager you’ll oversee waste collection, transportation, and disposal.
Responsibilities include: Managing day-to-day operations related to waste collection, transport, and disposal. Coordinating with drives, management, and office staff to optimize routes and schedules. Ensure safe and efficient delivery of Dumpsters/Portable toilets to clients. Monitor inventory levels and notify office staff of unavailable sizes. Analyze operational data to identify areas for efficiency improvement. Implement process enhancements to streamline operations. Resolve service disruptions promptly and communicate with office staff regarding any service interruptions so office staff can relay message to clients. Works with employees to resolve relation issues and build team spirit. Investigates all incidents including injuries, discipline, and retraining/coaching while following up as needed and building a report. Provides input relating to employee compensation, bonus eligibility, and termination. Ensures DOT and OSHA compliance.

Qualifications: Valid Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) required. Department of Transportation (DOT) Medical Card needs to be obtained and maintained. High School diploma/GED or equivalent. Minimum 2 years' experience in waste management, logistics, or related
