Campus Based Clinical Supervisor

Best Point is seeking an individual that Provides clinical and administrative supervision to all assigned behavioral health staff located in campus based schools. Carries a small clinical caseload consisting of campus based behavioral health clients. Performs all other duties as delegated.

For all regular full-time employees, Best Point makes a greater-than-market contribution to the premium cost, covering 90% of the premium for a single plan and 75% of the premium for a 2 person plan.

Dental & Vision Insurance
Best Point covers 90% of the dental premium for a single plan and 75% of the premium for a 2 person plan. We also offer a voluntary vision plan through EyeMed.

Retirement Benefits
Best Point provides an opportunity for you to participate in a defined contribution (403b) plan on the first day of employment.  Best Point will match the employee contribution of 100% for the first 3% contributed and 50% for the next 2% contributed up to 4% of the elected amount per pay period (5% Employee Contribution, 4% Employer Match)

Time Off
Best Point offers a generous time-off program that includes two personal days per year, sick time accrual and vacation time accrual for 12-month staff. Vacation time accrual starts at two weeks per year for 12-month staff and progresses to four weeks based on length of service. School-year staff members are not scheduled to work during school breaks or during the summer, and also earn personal time and sick time. 

Minimum Education, Experience and Other Skill Requirements:

This position requires a Master’s degree from an accredited college or university in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology or a related field.  Three years of post-graduate experience and State of Ohio Independent Licensure (LISW, LPCC, or Licensed Psychologist) required. Clinical Supervisory experience strongly preferred. A valid State of Ohio driver’s license, a good driving record, automobile insurance and the use of a reliable automobile is required.

Must possess minimum technical skills including familiarity with Microsoft Windows and ability to use standard Microsoft Office applications.

Work Environment:

Exposed to a combination of office, school and mental health treatment environments.  Exposed to children with behavior problems.  May be exposed to shouting and clients who may be verbally and physically aggressive.  May be exposed to blood or vomit and bodily fluids. May be exposed to unclean environments and unfamiliar areas of town.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to:

Regularly required to sit, stand, walk, bend and lift up to 50 pounds.  Ability to operate a motor vehicle safely in changing weather conditions required.
