Pool Technician

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Pool Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of swimming pools, providing exceptional service to our clients. This role requires a strong mechanical aptitude and the ability to work independently while managing multiple tasks efficiently.

Duties

• Perform routine pool cleaning and maintenance tasks, including skimming surfaces, vacuuming, and brushing walls.
• Test water chemistry and adjust chemicals as needed to maintain safe swimming conditions.
• Inspect pool equipment for functionality and perform necessary repairs or replacements.
• Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively for various maintenance tasks.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns regarding pool maintenance.
• Maintain accurate records of services performed and equipment used during each visit.
• Ensure all safety protocols are followed while working in and around pool areas.

Skills

• Proficient in pool cleaning techniques and equipment operation.
• Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot and repair pool equipment.
• Experience using hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
• Ability to work independently as a service technician while managing time efficiently.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail in maintaining pool standards.
• Strong communication skills for interacting with clients and providing exceptional service.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
