The responsibilities of this position are to:
- Provide secretarial support to clinical staff
- Check in/out patients
- Maintain provider’s schedules
- Notify patients of wait times
- Update patients' insurance and demographic information
- Inform patients on costs of visits and services, collect payments, and guide patients to appropriate resources for further information
- Meet and greet clients and visitors
- Perform general clerical duties to include but not limited to: photocopying, faxing, mailing, and filing/scanning charts
- Answer telephones, screen callers, and relay messages
- Other duties as assigned
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 37 per week
