We are seeking a skilled Dry Cleaning Manager to oversee daily operations in a Dry Cleaners setting, focusing on customer service, inventory control, and staff management. PLEASE HAVE DRY CLEANING EXPERIENCE
Responsibilities :
Utilize POS system to manage transactions.
Ensure exceptional customer service by training and supervising staff.
Manage cash handling procedures and ensure accuracy in financial transactions.
Oversee Dry cleaners operations, including service quality, efficiency and care
Implement effective inventory control measures to minimize waste and optimize stock levels.
Coordinate with vendors for timely deliveries and maintain good supplier relationships.
Skills :
Prior experience in dry cleaning and or laundromat setting
Strong background in customer service and managerial
Excellent customer service skills with a focus on patrons satisfaction.
Proficient in cash handling procedures and financial accountability.
Ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve operational excellence.
Knowledge of inventory control best practices to manage stock efficiently.
