Job Description

Best Price Transmissions & Auto Care is looking for a Shop Foreman to join our team. The Shop Supervisor will be responsible for ensuring the shop is running efficiently and that all duties are completed in a timely manner. Pay is commesurate with experience.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license.
• Must have good communication skills and ability to work well with others.
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast paced environment.
• Must have good mechanical aptitude, strong work ethic, and good problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in all weather conditions.
• Ability to work overtime as needed.

Duties include:

• Supervising and training technicians.
• Creating and managing the staff, maintenance, and work schedules.
• Overseeing work to anticipate, detect, and address factors that impede operations.
• Communicating with management any issues that may arise in the repair of vehicles.
• Enforcing safety regulations and protocols.
• Conducting performance reviews with staff.
• Performing Quality Control on every vehicle that is repaired.
• Ensure worksites are clean and meet safety standards.

Pay: $65,971.00 - $82,120.00 per year
