Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming phone calls and provide professional customer service
- Assist with data entry and maintain accurate records
- Prepare and update spreadsheets using Microsoft Excel
- Manage digital files and use office software efficiently
- Support agents with scheduling, emails, and general office tasks
- Maintain a neat and organized office environment
Qualifications:
- Strong typing skills (accuracy and speed)
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other computer programs
- Comfortable speaking with clients and handling phone communication
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy office setting
- Prior experience in a real estate office is a plus, but not required
